If you’re a set it and forget it kind of person then the zz plant is going to be your best friend. These guys are drought-tolerant, not very picky about lighting, and are not prone to pests. The upkeep here is about next to none.

Zz plants are so hardy they can technically survive without any natural light! Now, that’s not really recommended as your plant won’t be thriving, but it is a testament to how much these plants can tolerate.
